Unseen World Tour – Terms & Policies
Payment Terms
A minimum 35% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
- Balance payment: 2 days before departure / on arrival / during tour (if agreed)
- For premium hotels, payment follows hotel policy
- Booking is confirmed after issuing Confirmation Invoice
- Names must match ID proof (Aadhar/Passport)
Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days: Advance non-refundable
- 30–20 days: 50% charge
- 20–10 days: 75% charge
- 10–1 days: 100% charge
All cancellations must be in writing (Email/WhatsApp).
Refund Policy
- Refund as per cancellation policy
- Rates may change without notice
- Extra charges for hotel upgrades
No refund in case of weather or political issues.
Reservation Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only after 100% payment.
Changes to Holiday Plans
Changes must be requested in writing. Extra costs (if any) will be charged to the customer.
Disclaimer
Unseen World Tour may modify or cancel plans due to weather, natural disasters,
or government restrictions. Alternative options will be provided wherever possible.
